Tucked away under the railway arches, right next to Hoxton station is Fabrique; a Swedish artisan bakery. This is the first branch of the chain to open outside Stockholm and the London branch fast became very popular in the neighborhood – and with good reason. The interior inside is simple and industrial with a few tables along the wall and an open kitchen, making it possible to observe the bakers. The menu, simple as well, primarily consistent of traditional Swedish pastries and sourdough breads. The two things the bakery specialises in. Furthermore, they have sandwiches as well as other Scandinavian classics, such as Danish rye bread and coffee from the Swedish roasters Johan & Nyström.
