With Scandinavian roots

With a name that states "Sticks and Sushi" and a menu, which at first glance looks more Japanese than anything else, it might be hard to see it. But Sticks and Sushi isn't your typical Asian chain eatery - this one is a little different. Sticks and Sushi was founded in Copenhagen by the brothers Jen & Kim Rahbek, who took inspiration form their half-Japanese, half-Danish background, creating a cuisine that combines the two culinary traditions. Being one of the most successful restaurant groups in Denmark and truly loved by the Danes, this one shouldn't be missed.

Located beneath the streets of Soho in one of London’s most famous and iconic Art Deco buildings is MASH - a Modern American Steak House with a Danish twist. The London branch is the first to open outside of Denmark, and it is hard not to be impressed stepping in to the enormous 350-cover former ballroom with art deco interior. MASH takes the best from the American steakhouse tradition and sources steaks from some of the best cattle in the world, here among offering dry-aged Danish beef. Add to that an inimitable wine list, impressive cocktails and a Danish sense of quality.

The pink dot forming Joe & The Juice's logo is unavoidable being visible from a distance when you walk the streets of Copenhagen. Slowing opening around the world, Joe & The Juice has no less then five shops in London. The place is known for making fresh juices, smoothies and coffee (hence the last part of the chain's name "Joe", which is the American slang for coffee). The focus is on a combination of health and entertainment, making the place different and a bit more hip and trendy than your regular juice bar with mostly guys behind the counter who shake one juice after another, while trendy tunes are being pumped out of the speakers.
